Bimson is a character that works with IKEMEN Go, specifically TP's Fight Palace.
If you desire his function in normal M.U.G.E.N., he requires some code tweaks.

Bimson could feel the grime under his claws, the old bricks and market smokestacks sticking to his white fur no matter how many times he dunked his hands in rooftop puddles. The rain could never wash it all away. Not now.

He leaned back against the stairwell door, headband tugged down so his long ears pressed flat along his spine. In the lamplight, he thought things through better in the smoky haze of a joint or two. He blamed his friend for passing the puff. The long road of Cortlandt Alley always attracted unsavory figures in stretch.

They call him El Murderisto, even here, and in the quiet gaps between bouts. It was never his desire. The name was a warning and a second skin — a crust that only got thicker each time he broke someone’s jaw, each time he watched an eye glaze over mid-scream. It's never easier, only more addictive with each passing.

He sat to himself as the weed wafted. Hated it so, sometimes he wondered if he'd regenerate like those copyright Loons, especially if he bit his fingers off. But this name protected him. It bought him time. It bought him fear.

Bimson rolled his shoulders and flexed his small, svelte, legs. He would run these same rooftops with Roel, back when all they needed was an unlocked maintenance hatch and the vapors of pilfered siu mai to stay alive. His buddy.

But all that was before. Before Rolly started smiling wider than his own face could hold, before he started practicing poses in puddle reflections and talking about "branding" like it meant ultimate salvation.

Who the hell were those guys? Gone instantly, as far as he knew. The next time he ever saw him, ladies surrounded his person double-siding. His pal lost sight of the big picture, lost in the corpo sauce. What did all this power mean if it couldn't be used, and why is it only used anymore by others? Who were "MKM"?

Bimson exhaled. The fight was tonight. Rolly would be waiting inside that flashy-slick ring, whatever the venue, crowd chanting, cameras snapping.
Bimson would answer him the only way he knew.

He pressed his forehead on the damp alley door, felt the chill through his fur. The city beyond was hungry for spectacle.

Bimson remembered the first time they snuck into a closed arcade in a Chinatown. Roel had ratcheted open the rusted gate with a deft kick in the keyhole, squealing with laughter later when he knocked over a claw machine in similar recklessness. They’d eat fried buns in the dark, seeing dead neon in the world. 

Back then, Roel would strike poses in the dusty mirror walls, practicing a few slogans, pretending — "Rolly’s Grand Hook Extravaganza!" — voice rolling down broken pinball machines. Bimson sat on the floor, legs crossed, smiling, chewing stale dough and laughing at the ridiculousness of it all. He wanted little more.

Now that arcade might as well have been another planet.

He pulled his joint down to the nub, eyes half-lidded, glazed in nostalgic pangs. The smog lights across the city skyline glared like bored predators.

Somewhere, Rolly now was working crowds, photoesque snapping in choreographed sparks, tail swaying to microbass. Bimson could picture him perfectly: lips parted in that bright, plastic grin, ears twitching on cue, pupils shimmering like a sponsored billboard. Or doing those duck lips, whatever annoyed him more.

Rolly needed the roar. The validation. To be the bright face everyone recognized in a sea of blurs, strangers, the passersby. Bimson had enough of it.

He wanted the moment when fists would finally collide. A universe gone from the senses, the singular heartbeat where instinct takes hold. No brands, no cameras.

The "El Murderisto" moniker was a parasite he let cling to him because it served a purpose. People didn’t challenge him for autographs; they crossed the street. They left him the fuck alone.

He flexed his thin, wiry legs again. Maybe in another life he would be as cute. He is in his own way, if you deny the nickname. But the genie can't go back in.

His headband flicked in the breeze as he stood, joints creaking like old scaffolding. His ears rose up in a snap, both heavy yet impossibly light when he twirled them to launch. The Fight Palace grand prize wasn't looking bad this year. $50,000,000 would finally mean hanging with little people, and the banks.

"A guy's gotta eat," he muttered. He tightened the headband "That jerk better be ready for what I'm selling," he said as he smacked his fist. "His head on a pike! Or, wait. Heads will roll! Better call my AGENT, motherfucker!" He spun his ears once more, the red headband slicing a perfect circle through the air as he leapt — up, over, and gone in a heartbeat.

By the time several hood rats gingerly investigated the echoing, there was nothing but a still-glowing joint stub and the faintest rumors in the street.

Controls
========

Basic Controls
--------------

Bimson is a 4-button character in practice. Button X is
his weak punch, button Y his strong punch, A for weak kick, and
B for his strong kick. We will use W. to mean weak, and S.
for strong. However, depending on attack type, proximity moves
are also available if you're close.

We will use the notation:
D - down
F - forward
U - up
B - back
x - button X (weak punch)
y - button Y (strong punch)
a - button A (weak kick)
b - button B (strong kick)

DF means diagonally down-forwards, UB diagonally up-back,
etc. If you see ab it means press button A and button B
simultaneously. x/y means hit either x or y, and so on.

Use the direction keys to move El. Press down to crouch,
and up to jump. He jumps once. Toward-Down-Up will shorthop,
Down-Up will Long Jump. Hold the direction facing away from
the opponent to guard. El can guard attacks while jumping.

When falling in the air, hit buttons X and Y at the same
time to recover. Hold a directional key when recovering to
move a little bit in that direction. If you are near the
ground when you hit xy, you will do a ground-based recovery
instead.

El has 2 taunts. To do them, press the start button. Multiple
taunts repeated will give you and the enemy a visual surprise.

El's strengths lie in his ability to chain moves into each
other. Here are his basic combo rules:

1.  You can combo from weaker basic attacks into stronger ones
    eg. light kick -> strong kick

2.  You can combo into special attacks from most basic attacks
    eg. stand strong punch -> Murderisto Palm

3.  You can combo into hyper attacks from all basic and special
    attacks
    eg. Murderisto Palm -> Triple Murderisto Palm

4.  You can combo from hyper attacks into other hyper attacks,
    as long as you do not do the same hyper twice in a row
    eg. Triple Murderisto Palm -> Smash Murderisto Upper

These rules make it possible for you to do some damaging combos.
